You should state what type of payment you're willing to take, when it needs to be paid, and what you're going to do about returns. You'll also need to state your shipping policies, and how you calculate those as well as whether you're offering combined shipping rates.

Auctioning the items that you won at a mini storage auction is a great way to make profits. You'll need to make sure that you've got your auction fees in line before selling on any auction site. It doesn't make much sense to offer a $.25 item when your insertion fees alone are going to reach over a dollar. Make sure you're knowledgeable about your auction site, have a good reputation, and are always a fair seller. Remember, it's your reputation on the line and your future sales ability.

Purchasing the contents of a mini storage through an auction is a lot of fun, it's kind of like Christmas, and with all of the auction sites on the Internet, you can sell most of your items right from your own home and make a profit.
